To book a fair with advanced payment:-

Complete the Registration Form (if you are not already registered with us)

1. Send us a cheque for the amount shown below

2. For Farnham and Cheshunt fairs - date the cheque for the date of the fair - Middle Wallop may not be post dated and therefore current date

3. Write the venue on the back of the cheque and how many tables

4. If you are a regular trader and have a regular table, send a SAE with your cheque for the return of entry tickets, thus eliminating the need to book in and early entry may be possible

5. Alternatively, cash payment may be made at any fair for any future bookings and entry tickets will be given to the regulars

6. Note no tickets will be sent to regular traders without a SAE and therefore booking in must be done immediately on arriving at the venue from 8am.  No earlier entry is allowed.

To book a fair with payment on the day:-

1. Complete the Registration Form (if you are not already registered with us)

2. Send, fax or email us the form as payment on the day is not permitted for unregistered traders

3. Payment in cash on arrival at the venue when booking in and before fair commences.  NB no payment on the day for Middle Wallop venue
