Birmingham Pals - British WWI

The Birmingham Pals were formed in December 2001 to keep alive the memory of the volunteers from the City of Birmingham that acted on Lord Kitchener's call for men. The group represents the 14th Service Battalion of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, the 1st City Battalion . Most of the members are Brummies and some have Grandfathers who served with the Warwicks in France and Gallipoli during the War. The group portray battles, trench life, life in barracks and perform drills.
